Most men think burnout, irritability, and mental overload are just part of success. They’re wrong.
In this episode, I break down serotonin the most misunderstood hormone in the body and the reason high performing entrepreneurs slowly lose control without realising it.
Serotonin is not happiness. It’s not motivation. It’s not a mood boost.
It’s regulation. When serotonin is low, the nervous system never resets.
Stress hormones stay elevated. Focus shortens.
Irritability rises. Recovery slows. Age accelerates.
You don’t burn out because you work too hard.
You burn out because you never reset.
